After visiting the wineries, cheese factories and attractions nearby you collapse into your two person corner spa for a while, then relax in front of the log fire or on your verandah. All the time sipping on a wine or two that you discovered on your explorations. Nibble local cheeses and bikkies with the wine, or whip up a dish in your kitchen. It does not get better than this!
